Spunbond Non-woven Fabric
It is breathable and very light, the main material is Polypropylene and it’s soft and fluffy with good uniformity.

It is highly fluffy with good elasticity, gives a cotton-soft feeling. It has strong warmth retention and has good air permeability + water permeability.
Biodegradable Bamboo Viscose
Bamboo fibers are naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial, making them ideal for babies with sensitive skin or those prone to diaper rashes.
Customized absorbency solutions
The core of a baby diaper is made up of SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer) and fluff pulp. As shown in the pictures below, SAP is the key material that absorbs liquid and turns it into gel, locking in moisture effectively. The absorbency level can be adjusted by changing the amount of SAP used—the more SAP, the better the absorbency.
