1) Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are direct manufacturer certified with ISO, CE and FDA.

2) Can I get samples before the order?

A: Yes, you can, samples are free offered and shipping fee on your account.

3) Can I have my own label on the products or packages?

A: Sure, and we have professional designers to give you support on unique designs.

4) What’s your MOQ?

A: 1*20’ container mix 1-2 sizes or 1*40HQ container mix 3-4 sizes (depends on products)

5) Where is your nearest sea port?

A: It’s Xiamen port.

6) What’s the payment term?

A: 30% deposit and balance pay against B/L copy, or L/C at sight.

7) What’s the lead time?

A: 25 working days for repeat order and 39 working days for first OEM orders.

8) Do you have a full price list of all your produced products?

A: No sorry, but we can offer a standard price list of our regular models. Because the price of hygiene products is fluctuated by raw material cost a lot, and most parts of diapers can be customized.

9) I am new in this business, do you offer any support?

A: We have full experience sales team would give you proper product advises to suit your target market at a best possible cost.
